The Healer's Challenge: Treating Cancer
Cancer in its varied forms is the greatest cause of death after heart disease. Since there are so many types of cancer healers have to be aware of customizing our treatments to answer the unique challenges of each disease process, and we must be skilled enough to ameliorate the side effects of conventional treatment.
Patients sometimes exhaust all available traditional forms of treatment before seeking alternative or holistic therapies. As a result, it can be easy for healers to feel overwhelmed when presented with a patient who is showing signs not only of the disease but also the numerous emotional effects of it. This workshop will present a comprehensive understanding of the various protocols in an energy healer's arsenal.
We will address how to prepare for and deal with this disease and the various ways we can bring emotional, mental, physical and spiritual healing to the world of the cancer patient.

| Lodging | A block of 15 rooms has been reserved at a special reduced rate of $189 per night (single or double occupancy). To book one of these rooms you may either call the Hilton at (828) 209-2700 and reference the "Rosalyn Bruyere Healing Light Center" event, or you may book online here to get special rate. If you plan to extend your stay the Hilton will honor this special rate for two days prior and two days following our event, but you will need to call them to obtain the discounted rate for the extended period. | Transportation | Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a confirmation letter. Included will be basic directions to the Asheville area as well as to the specific workshop venue for those driving. |
| Cost & Payment | The cost, see Registration Form covers tuition for the entire weekend. To receive the early bird discount, all registration materials (Please see Registration Information) along with payment-in-full must be postmarked no later than May 12. |

CEU Credits
Nurses Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing for 13 contact hours. CEU Credit Certificate provided. Application fee is $20. (Requires separate payment made out to HLCC.) CEU applications will be available at the end of the workshop.
Certificates of Completion
Certificates of Completion are available to all students. Application fee & process is the same as for CEU Certificates above.
