Xian Gung

The best overall set for general Qi cultivation. It fills in the human aura in a very balanced way. Those who have never felt physical manifestations of Qi, well might after doing this set of movements. Even if you do not other energy practices, this is the one we recommend and, unlike many other routines, this one can be performed by those who are unable to stand or are bed-ridden.

Shaolin Neijin Yizichan

This practice is great benefit to the heart chakra. It helps keep the ribcage and shoulders loose and flexible. Because of its energetic relationship to the heart chakra, it is of benefit to people who have concern about heart and lung conditions and helps keep the upper body strong energetically.

Practice 3
Eight Treasure Good Fortune Pile Stance Exercise

A very short but physically strenuous routine that builds a pyramid of qi, or energy, from the feet to a point just at the sixth chakra. It is helpful in providing grounding and physical qi before attempting third eye practices.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS — WORKSHOP TAPES

1. Where should I start?
Each of Rosalyn's tapes is designed to stand alone - each student may start with any tape set. We generally encourage folks to start with whatever tape set catches their eye.

2. Which tapes go together?
Although each set is designed to be studied alone, some sets compliment each other beautifully and examine a common theme from different angles. Below, the tapes are grouped around a common theme or category. These are merely suggestions; each set is a complete teaching in and of itself and every student is urged to follow his/her own interests.

3. How many tapes are in a set?
Each set of tapes was recorded during a weekend workshop with Rosalyn. Generally there are 7 to 9 tapes per set. Each tape is 90 minutes.
